First time meeting: We will come to your home to meet and greet your pet. This is very important. This will help us understand your expectations, learn your dog’s personality and allow you to ask us any questions you may have about Wagging Tails NYC.
Entrance: We require that you either provide us with a key to your apartment or leave one with your doorman.
Cancelations: If you should need to cancel a scheduled walk a 24 hour advance notice is required and highly appreciated.
Bad weather: We request that you leave an old towel for wiping down your dog after rainy or snowy walks.
